Returns Policy

We want your shopping experience with us to be as simple and straightforward as possible. If you would like to return an item, you will find all important information about the process, deadlines and refunds below.

Return Period

You may return items to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The statutory withdrawal period for online purchases is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods. Further information can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.

Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of socks if they are unworn, unwashed and returned complete in their original packaging with the safety thread or hygiene seal intact.

If the safety thread or hygiene seal has been removed or damaged, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective.

Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please register each return by contacting us at support@mollis.store or via our contact form, and include your order number where possible.
  2. We will send you the return instructions by email. For returns from Germany, you will receive a QR return code. For returns from all other countries, you will receive a printable return label.
  3. Pack the items securely and drop off the parcel at a suitable shipping or parcel drop-off point. For returns from Germany, you can show the QR return code at a DHL parcel shop. For returns from other countries, please print the return label and attach it clearly to the parcel.
  4. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund.

Please note: Returns should generally be made using the QR return code or return label provided by us so that we can process and allocate your return quickly and correctly.

Return Costs, Exchanges and Refunds

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. After you have registered your return, we will provide you with a QR return code or return label, depending on the return country. The cost of the QR return code or return label will only be deducted from the refund amount if the QR return code or return label is actually used or scanned by the shipping provider.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, reimbursement must generally be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Please note: Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed in the event of withdrawal.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mollis.store or via our contact form. Where possible, please include photos and your order number.

For justified complaints, we will of course handle the further process. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement delivery, price reduction or refund. Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected.
